In 1987 he took voluntary retirement, teamed up with his three sons Ajay, Sushil and Pradeep to start Creative Educational Aids Pvt. Those days, he felt that "Everybody has been talking of teaching aids and 'play way method' of education, but there is hardly anything available in the market." This thought changed his life.
